I am incredibly happy with my experience. The company was responsive to my questions when shopping, able to provide more information, pictures, and gave me alternatives when there was some concerns about desk and seat fitting.

Once purchased, they worked with me for delivery and were willing to hold my purchase over a month until I was able to accept without any difficulties. I will absolutely purchase from this company again in the future.

We ordered a chandelier from their site. They were very responsive to emails regarding details about he chandelier, and they were helpful throughout the entire process. The chandelier came double boxed in thick walled boxes and packing peanuts, and it looked exactly the same as it did on the website. We love it and, due to their great customer service, we will likely be ordering more from them as we continue to decorate our home.

I will have several house guests this winter. I debated whether to get a new bamboo dresser or vintage mid century modern. I went with the vintage dresser and I am so very happy that I did. It's even better than the picture on the website. So well made, so well finished, it's perfect and distinctive.
Plus, the owner answered the phone! and he made all the arrangements so easily and the next day, two very kind and cheerful young men delivered it right when they said they would, on the dot. And no complaints about carrying it up all the stairs and long walkway. Such a pleasant experience all around. I LOVE my new dresser from a GREAT store. I made the right choice. Just Perfect.

Recently discovered Vintage Supply Store online and purchased two mid-century modern abstract brass sculptures with marble bases and a mid-century studio vase. Communications/e-mails with us were handled by Fernando who was exceptionally caring, helpful, and thorough. And we were very impressed and appreciative of the way everything was packed and shipped so carefully to avoid any problems.The sculptures and their patina look absolutely stunning in person and we feel so fortunate to have them as a pair. The vase by Hana Machovska for Mstisov is lovely and fascinating glasswork that was explained wonderfully in the description that accompanied the online photos. We are extremely grateful for such a top-notch experience with Vintage Supply.
