General Information

Order Process

Your purchased products are processed and packaged by us in an estimated time of three days. Packaged by a White Glove delivery service may take more days.

Please contact our customer service staff to agree if you will receive your product via: U.S. shipping, Los Angeles local delivery, Los Angeles in-store pickup or the option to coordinate shipping yourself.

Information about the status of your order, order number, carrier, tracking information, arrival day, arrival time will be sent to your E-mail or telephone. Information on the status of your shipment will also be updated.


Shipping / Delivery prices are designed based on size, material, weight, insurance value, carrier, means of transport, delivery time and destination.

We will try to find the most optimal price for the requirements of each product.


U.S. Shipping

Among the companies that are chosen to ship their product are Plycon, UPS Ground, FedEx, and White Glove Freight Shippers. These companies are chosen based on the type of product, customer preference, and cost.

  • White glove service includes: item pick up, blanket wrapping, in-home / office delivery, and full insurance coverage. Transit time is 4-6 weeks.
  • Plycon, UPS and FedEx Ground shipping include packaging, full insurance coverage, and signature-required front-door delivery. Transit time is 5-20 days.
  • U.S. Shipping Price will be reflected when you Check Out.
International Shipping

Some shipments outside the United States are possible, we can recommend shipping companies or use your trusted companies. Contact us for more information.

Coordinating Your Shipping

Coordinate your own shipment, it is possible. Please contact us to give us all the necessary information to be able to deliver your product to your chosen company. We will release the product order with a condition report. Any damage or loss in transit will be the responsibility of the company you have hired.

Delivery and Pickup

Los Angeles Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in Los Angeles for a nominal fee. The price includes packaging, includes in-home or office delivery, unpacking and product placement. Our staff is careful with the transport, handling and handling of your products.

If you want to collect your order personally, you are welcome to.

Contact our staff to arrange the pick-up details for your product. Please review your product well, because in this mode the sale is considered final.

If possible, bring blanket wrapping with you to protect your product and your vehicle, for our part, we will make sure to pack and protect your product very well with nylon and bubble wrap.

Important Information

Damages and Losses

Vintage Supply is not responsible for damages and losses that occur to your product during the transfer to your home or office, when the buyer has arranged his own shipment and delivery by a third party. However, if any damage or loss occurs to your product, we will gladly contact the transport company and help you expedite a solution appropriate to your situation.

For damages and losses occurred to your product during the transfer to its final destination, we advise you to take pictures of your product, do not discard the packaging and contact the transport company immediately.

For additional information, contact our team, who will be happy to inform you about how our return and refund policy would apply to your situation.

Our Packaging

Our goal is that your product reaches you in optimal conditions and according to the state in which it was when you made the purchase. In this sense, the product is packed according to your requirements, for this we use packaging shrink film, bubble wrap, blanket wrapping, boxes labeled as "Fragile" and packing peanuts.

For Local Deliveries, products are blanket-wrapped with packaging stretch film.

  • If you want to make any changes to your Shipping / Delivery, please contact our team in advance.
  • When you receive your product, check your product to make sure it arrived in optimal condition and according to the state it was in when you made the purchase.
  • If your product is damaged or incomplete, reject the product and contact Vintage Supply immediately.
  • Remember that Vintage Supply sells items As Is, before buying take a good look at the photos and read the information on the condition of the product.
