Description: This sculptural Mid-Century Modern side table showcases the elegant, flowing lines that made the Silhouette line so visually distinctive in the 1960s. Crafted from walnut, the base features gracefully curved supports that create an airy, architectural presence while remaining solid and well-balanced. The original round glass top sits neatly within the frame, allowing the sculptural form of the base to remain the focal point. Subtle brass detailing at the center adds a refined accent that complements the warm wood tones. Fun Historical Fact: Lane’s Silhouette line was introduced during a period when American furniture makers were pushing beyond boxy case pieces and embracing more expressive, sculptural forms.
