Part of the sought-after “Esprit” collection, the table reflects Gershun’s signature blend of clean modern lines with functional versatility. Its round profile extends into an oval with ease, making it a perfect solution for both intimate settings and larger gatherings. Recently refinished by hand, the rich walnut grain now glows with warmth and depth, giving this table both a striking presence and lasting durability.
Fun Historical Fact: Founded in North Carolina, the Dillingham Furniture Company rose to prominence during the mid-century era by collaborating with notable designers like Merton Gershun. Their furniture collections, including “Esprit,” became household favorites for their refined style and practical design. Though the company ceased operations in the late 20th century, their pieces remain highly collectible today, representing a time when American craftsmanship and modern design converged.
