Description: This Hollywood Regency table lamp features a vibrant turquoise Murano glass body with ribbed bullicante detailing, set on a polished brass base. The hand-blown glass highlights the artistry of Italian craftsmanship, while the shimmering brass adds a glamorous mid-century touch. A newly added shade complements the bold form and provides a clean, modern balance. The lamp has been newly rewired for safe and reliable everyday use. Fun Historical Fact: The bullicante technique, developed in Murano during the 1930s, involves layering molten glass around carefully trapped air bubbles to create a sparkling, three-dimensional effect. By the 1960s, this technique had become a signature of Italian glass design and was especially popular in lamps and vases that brought a sense of luxury into modern homes.
